Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Tigertronics  ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S.  territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US  Virgin Islands. Additionally, Tigertronics ships merchandise to many international locations. The risk of loss and  title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the  merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
 

International

Customs and import taxes, duties may be applied to International orders when  the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the  responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to  country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility  to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which  you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Tigertronics is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential  damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Return Policy

A Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) must be obtained before  any product will be accepted for return or repair. Items received  without an RMA# clearly marked on the OUTSIDE of the package WILL BE  REFUSED. Items being returned must be sent prepaid. Returned items  should have a note attached showing the RMA#, customer name, return  address, email address, phone number, and action requested. Units being  returned for warranty repair must be accompanied by a copy of the  original invoice showing the date of purchase.

Customers wishing to return a product for REFUND, for ANY REASON,  must receive an RMA# within 15 days from the shipping date shown on the  original sales invoice. Customers returning products for refund will be  charged a Restocking Fee equal to 20% of the purchase price, to cover  the cost of re-testing and re-stocking. Products that have been damaged  or modified in any way may not be returned. Contact our Technical  Support department for the RMA#.

The Terms and Conditions supercede all  prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether  electronic, oral or written between you and Tigertronics with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Tigertronics.  If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to  law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely  reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the  other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
